Nikesh oversees the day-to-day operations of Upwise while also serving as the lead PTE Academic trainer. With a sharp eye for student potential and a data-driven coaching style, he helps students crack the PTE with high scores in minimal time — combining strategic test techniques with intensive mock sessions tailored to each learner.

Prabesh shapes the voice and visual identity of Upwise — crafting the brand experience that connects with students and families across Nepal. From digital presence to student communications, he ensures every touchpoint reflects the values Upwise stands for: clarity, trust, and ambition. He is also the creative mind behind the consultancy's growing online community.
